BY AGREEING TO SERVICES, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT

By accepting a professional cleaning service appointment and agreeing to a service provided by Kebron Best Cleaning Ltd., the client agrees to accept Kebron Best Cleaning Ltd.’s general terms of service conditions listed below. These terms of service, together with our quote form and scheduled cleaning confirmed with the client, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No other representations or statements, whether oral or written, shall be binding.

If you are unsure about any points in these terms, please contact us for clarification. In the event of changes to the terms, we will notify you in writing.


Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all our cleaning customers. If you are not satisfied with any area, call us within 24 hours and we will return to clean those areas at no additional cost.


Recurring Service & Cancellations

  • For recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), if cancelled after the first cleaning, the One-Time cleaning rate will apply.
  • 48-hour notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or skip a cleaning.
  • Without 48-hour notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the total booked hours may apply.

Payment

  • Payment is expected in full at the time of cleaning - House cleaning service
  • We accept cash, cheques, and e-transfers, and provide a receipt upon payment.

Supplies & Equipment

The cost of services includes reasonable cleaning supplies and equipment provided by our company. Jobs like commercials and residential requiring additional supplies or equipment will incur additional charges, if provided by the business, no charges applied.

If you want extra services performed, please notify us at least one business day in advance. Changes requiring additional work may adjust the service fee.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Please provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning begins.
  • Distractions (pets, interference with cleaning staff) may result in extra charges if they affect cleaning time.
  • Extremely valuable or sentimental items should be cleaned by the owner.

Safety & Liability

  • If our staff feels their personal safety is at risk, they may leave the job site. The customer will remain liable for the full service cost.
  • Kebron Best Cleaning Ltd. assumes no liability for pre-existing damage or items not properly secured.
  • We are professional cleaners, not miracle workers; some issues may require multiple visits for best results.

Health & Infectious Diseases

Clients must notify us if any person in the household or workplace is suspected of having an infectious disease at least 48 hours before a scheduled cleaning. Kebron Best Cleaning Ltd. reserves the right to cancel services under such circumstances.


Keys & Security

  • We agree to keep client details confidential and secure any keys in our care.
  • Please ensure your home is accessible and provide security codes or instructions if needed.

Time & Service Standards

  • Service plans are based on average cleaning time.
  • If a property requires significantly more time than expected, extra charges may apply.
  • Payment is for the quality of the service provided, not the exact time spent cleaning.
  • Our goal is to ensure your home or business is clean and comfortable, not to focus on clocked hours.
